Thanks for stopping by The Flock Praise Band website. We are a Christian Rock Band specializing in original music inspired by God and grounded in scripture. We operate out of the San Francisco Bay Area's East Bay, where we help lead Sunday's worship at First Presbyterian Church Concord. Our aim is to advance God's Kingdom one song and one heart at a time.
We believe:
1. Scripture inspired lyrics, put to music, resonates across generations.
2. When God's music is released into the world it will plant seeds on the hearts of Christians and non-Christians alike.
3. Where God plants a seed there is potential for growth.
Planting those seeds with God's help is our hope, it's our prayer, and it's our mission.

Song Writing
Happy December - Great News on the song writing front both Jonathan and Darryl have been working on new songs. His Precious Name - has the the makings of a nice power ballad. We spent a couple hours working on the melody and chord progressions yesterday and I am really liking the song so far. Can't wait to work on it with the whole band. Have a blessed day all!

Discovery Kingdom
November 12th was a great day at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. We played a tight 10 song set of originals and touched a few hearts. Thanks to the dozen or so friends and family that paid the park entrance fee to see our set. A special shout out to Ryan Potts for taking pics and video. Have a blessed day all!
